1. NO RETURNS
No returns on any Ready to Wear pieces by Milva Carucci Designs purchased of the website. All sales are final.

2. CUSTOM MADE OUTFIT DEPOSITS
All deposits for custom made outfits are to be paid prior to any consultation, pre-purchase of fabric or designs are started. All custom made outfits are non-refundable.

3. FABRIC COLOURS
Please note there can be some variance in the fabric colour to the photo displayed on the website. If you require exact colour matches, please contact Milva directly.

4. LIABILITY
Milva Carucci Designs does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

5. CURRENCY USED

On the Australian website (www.milvacaruccidesigns.com.au) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
All prices displayed on the Australia website (www.milvacaruccidesigns.com.au) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

Milva Carucci Designs will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Milva Carucci Designs.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation via email.
